In case you didn't go all the way to the bottom, you may not have noticed that I've added a counter to this page. It has some pretty cool information. Did you know that we have fans in Canada? Arizona? California? Rhode Island even. Anyway - maybe its not that cool to you, but we enjoy sharing pics and thoughts from our kids and our lives. Hopefully you enjoy it too.

Speaking of, the other night at dinner, Alyssa was trying to tell me something but I couldn't understand what she was saying. So, being the good dad I am, I said something like: "uh-huh...that's nice." She then turned to April and said: "Mommy, can you explain the bear book to daddy." I guess I can't fool her anymore.

St. Valentine

Valentine's Day - an excuse for chocolate and for florists to multiply the cost of flowers by 10!!!

Hope no one forgot their significant others! We didn't do much. A nice romantic meal from sonic and hanging out w/the kids.

I wish I had some exciting news to share, but at this point peace and quiet are welcome!! Both of the kids and April all had the crud that was going around. Cayden had a combo of bronchitis and an ear infection. Alyssa had bronchitis and strep. April had low grade fever and sinus junk. Knock on wood, I have escaped unharmed so far!!

It's been especially trying because this has been a very busy few weeks for us. Starting last Thursday, we have already been to two birthday parties and one superbowl party. Tomorrow we go to another birthday party, Ellie and Grandpa come to stay Friday and Saturday and then we have a wedding to attend Saturday night.

Anyhow...not much is going on, but I figured I could update some pictures.
